WE'RE HAPPY TO WORLDWIDE SHIP.
All of our items are exquisitely handmade using natural materials, one piece at a time, with no two pieces the same. Although every effort is made to create only the best product, there may be some natural stains or slight size differences. But they are what make each piece a handmade product, charming and unique. Please make sure you fully understand this before you purchase.
SHIPPING
Please be aware that there will be delays in international shipments due to the spread of coronavirus infection.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2 or 3 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Our delivery company is Japan Post, and the price varies depending on the number of days of delivery.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any duties or customs taxes charged by the country in which they reside. Payment of any applicable duties or customs taxes will be collected on delivery of your package.
RETURNS
Due to the costly nature of international shipping, we want to avoid returning on items shipped internationally. If you are uncertain of sizing, color, etc, please contact us at info@naturalcraftshop.com prior to placing an order.
All returns must be pre-approved by Natural Craft Shop. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info@naturalcraftshop.com and let us know which item you are returning and the reason for your return within 3days of receiving. We will issue a return authorization number, which must be included on your return package.
If you decide you don’t like your item we will be happy to accept returns, and refund you for the item as long as it is returned to us within 20 days of purchase. Returned products must be in the same condition as was received, complete with original swing tags and labels attached. Unfortunately we can’t refund the cost of shipping and we do require you to pay for the postage of your returned items. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We advise you to send this as recorded post, or keep a copy of proof of postage in the event that the package goes missing.
If your item arrives with you damaged from the post on it's way out to you, and you would like to return it, we will of course to reimburse for the item and the cost of shipping. Please let us know about the problem within 3 days of receiving your items.
